BABY & MOMMY
It's the day after Mother's Day and...PHEW...I'm very happy to report that I managed to make it through yet another holiday of cleaning, cooking and...um...what? Yes, I know yesterday was "supposed to be" all about...you know...me. Meh, after 15 years of raising kids and killer dust bunnies, I guess I just don't want anyone stress-out, too much, over buying me the perfect gift, or the fact that I'd much rather be a man.
Still, it's nice to be remembered.
A.Lee presents The Artist’s Mother posted at eArtFair . com, saying:
"In the spirit of honoring motherhood, this blog article reviews how many artists have depicted either their own mother as well as motherhood in general. Gorgeous paintings by world famous artists, as well as insightful other art pieces. Food for thought..."
Okay, I like treating MY mom special and believe that I am very lucky to have been blessed with a pretty cool mother-in-law, too.
Knowing what gift to buy them, on any other given day, not so much.
