[THIS GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED: WE HAVE A WINNER - CONGRATULATIONS, COLETTE!!!]
My youngest daughter (she's 7) and I had the pleasure of visiting North by North, the magical online land and home to the beautiful horses pictured on Bella Sara trading cards, last fall with our review of Bella Sara and Baby Bella.
Hope (formerly known as Mini-me) has been an avid fan of Bella Sara, ever since.
Virtual worlds, collecting figures and trading cards are all the rage in my neighborhood and our house is no exception. Thanks to my friends at Team Mom, we got a special sneak peek at TWO of Bella Sara's brand new product lines: Treasures & Miniatures!
With the new Bella Sara Miniatures Series 1 Collection, fans get the chance to collect actual figurines of the Bella Sara horses -- there are 20 velvety horses in the collection.
Hope was thrilled to be able to add Inupiat and Chumash to her "figures box" and I love the fact that each Bella Sara horse has its own inspirational message:
You have the strength and spirit to rise to any challenge, like the hardy Inupiat tribe who survive despite living in a deadly environment.
Under the sea, Chumash glows in all the colors of the rainbow as he laughs and swims with the joyful dolphins.
Like all Bella Sara trading cards, Treasures cards includes a unique code that activates a virtual version of the horse pictured on the card at the Bella Sara website.
To celebrate Treasures, the eighth series in the popular trading card line that includes stickers and tatoos (double-YAY!) Bella Sara is kicking off a contest for a chance for kids to win an exciting Treasure Hunt Party for themselves and their friends!
FINAL VERDICT: My 7-year-old collects horses (the toys, not the, you know, real ones!) but, she absolutely loves owning her own ranch at BellaSara.com -- even if it's a imaginary one -- and feels as if she's actually taking care of her horses. With the Miniatures, Hope can bring some of the magic back into the "real" world and that, my friends, is always a good thing.
