You see, I went out and purchased our traditional mattress and box spring bed a few years ago...without him...and, well, thinking back on it now, it would have made more sense for him to tag along.
Having lived with sciatica for years (giving birth to 4 kids will do that to a person) and most recently diagnosed with a couple of herniated discs (which, btw, is just as painful as it sounds) not to mention, my husband can pretty much fall asleep anywhere, or at anytime, standing up even (I kid you not) I just figured he wouldn't be as picky with a mattress.
I was wrong. Apparently, he doesn't care for sleeping on what he describes as "a marshmallow" and insists that, with my constant tossing and turning (stupid, chronic back pain) I need more room than he does.
Is it wrong that I'm getting just a little jealous of the couch?
