So, what's it like, 6 people living in a 7 room house...besides, 2 danged much laundry, I mean?

This Full House is a full-frontal encounter into my life as a full-time mom, part-time writer (okay, stop laughing) lover of multi-functional gadgets AND slayer of ALL appliances proved slow and/or inefficient, with 4 children, 2 cats, 1 super hyper sock-eating chocolate lab...oh, and 2 danged much laundry.

In other words, I make OTHER mothers look good...since 2003!

Adorable- and we have a sock basket too =) Happy WW!

I'm always up to my elbows in dirty laundry. I hate folding it too.
And your story isn't silly. It's wonderful. These are the moments that you will look back on and cherish, and your children will as well. When you blog about things that matter to you, you've made a great post. Thanks for sharing!
(The booger thing was kind of gross though!)

ha ha ha ha.
We have a sock basket here, for TWO people. I can't imagine 6 people! ;)

That sock basket idea is sort of fun, lol.....my laundry is never ending as well, we've got four kids under 8 and my hubby and I, so I can totally relate. Most of the time the laundry is done, and it gets folded.....but then never makes it to the drawer. I know this sounds sort of cliche, but I'm sooo happy to find someone else with the same sort of issues, lol. I just try to remember they're only young once, and the laundry will eventually dwindle down to just enough for two....and then what will we do? {:0)

Headless Mom

The socks are the most dreaded part of laundry day, aren't they?

I envy that you live so close to your mother that she can have this kind of impact on your children. Very cool!

Can I just tell you how it floods me with fuzzy relief to know that others have a "sock basket," too? Our sock basket is in our "shoe closet." Seriously, the front entry closet is full of shoes and socks. And I'll be honest, it's pretty stinky in there. ;)

Superwoman Quest

I have sock basket too! I gave up on folding socks a looong time ago. I also have four kids and with so much laundry, I'm thinking of giving up folding other things too. Maybe a underwear basket is in order?
