I totally agree. I contacted Congress, shared a stop SOPA video on FB & Twitter, etc. But the whole boycott/blackout thing seems useless to me. Make people aware and contact your elected officials, THEN celebrate the freedom we DO have today. :-)

I contacted my Senator asking him to oppose the measure. I know that I alone didn't have a huge effect, but he did pull his sponsorship of the PIPA bill. Booyah!
