Aaaaand, other lunchtime conversations that make me sound old, and hungry:
Not for nothing, but imagine if I had typed this ALL out (you're welcome!)

My name is Liz and I have been blogging at This Full House of mismatched socks and crunchy floors since 2003. This is where I enjoy writing about the trials and tribulations of raising 3 teens, 1 tween and killer dust bunnies. I also manage a review blog where I share information on products and services that perhaps help make life for families (like mine) a little easier. Feel free to stay a while, but mind the killer dust bunnies -- THEY BITE!!!
OMG, you look GOOD! So jealous!

Thank you, it's all that smoked sausage (I'm pretty sure!)

Hahaha, it was not the most stupidest ending in the world!!!
Good story and it is good to be reminded of "it could be worse". So nice to see you pretty face and hear your Joisey voice :)

Thanks for that nice story, Liz. You look great, so you must be feeling better. Yes, I do remember waiting in the odd and even gas lines! Tommy was a baby and I would bring his morning bottle and feed him while wating. Those were yucky days having to do that! Hugs to you all!

Hi Sally,
It's SO NICE of you to stop by and share your thoughts (thank you!!!) I also remember how the gas lines would go for blocks and blocks, so awful.
Hugs,
Liz

1. I was dumbstruck by how beautiful you look today.
2. Not for nothing, though I appreciated your story, I REALLY loved how you threw the word "schmear" around. Maybe we *are* really sisters. #yiddish

Schmear is one of my most favorite words and really do use way too often ;)

So NOT the most stupidest ending in the world. Loved this vlog for so, so, so many reasons.

I LOVE THIS! First, you look gorgeous as always. Second, I have always loved your voice, that blend of Hungarian and New Jersey that is unique to you. And third, I do remember when your license plate number determined what day you could buy gas! Reminds me I should tell my kids about my Mom's stories about day-old donuts dunked in coffee, and "cereal" made from crushed up saltines.
