Paperspring: Fresh New Personalized Photo Greeting Cards We're Just Itching to Share!

I love blogging family pictures (taken with my dinky little point and shoot camera, even) because, I believe that snapshots into the everyday provide a tangible perspective to our story and, one day, will help us each remember the really good times, too.

The good folks at Paperspring.com know this.  How?  Well, in a recent email, they referred to me as, "the eye of the storm in a frenetic household," and I was all like, wow, someone should put that on a t-shirt, because I've been called a lot of things, but I like their description, the best!

The Process:  I picked a style (note:  there are 5 pages to choose from and, if you're indecisive, like me, this may take a while) then, I customized it by uploading some of my favorite pictures from our trip to Cape Cod.  I then picked one of their suggested greetings (since, you know, they ARE in the business of picking good ones) edited the text to include my kids "real names," proofed and approved the final copy and, viola, that's it, super simple!

They're lovely, really, and have a nice greeting card feel.  In fact, it took me, like, 30 seconds of attempting to pry one open, before I remembered that these are, you know, photo cards...DER!

These are some of the DNA (or, digital name art) greeting cards they sent me -- yes, they all open to include greetings inside -- and, well, how cool is that?

Does your fridge look like this?  If I had a dollar for each time I bumped into one of those magnets and sent it flying, well, I'd be on my way to Hawaii, by now! 

Paperspring.com also has this new product called, StickyStock ( bad picture, sorry, but it's a lightweight film, sort of like vellum) and, man, oh man, do I love, LOve, LOVe, LOVE this stuff:

• Sticks to any flat, dry surface 
• Leaves no residue, like a post-it 
• Will "stick" for up to 6 months 
• Great for photos, cards, signs, reminders, calendars, anything

Just wished it lasted longer than 6 months.  Still, it'll get me in the habit of swapping out some of the older photos AND maybe even clean the fridge....NAH!

Besides, I don't have to worry about mucking up the shiny-more-cleaner-side of our fridge with tape.
