Raising 4 kids, while managing a fitness center for women (I know, stop laughing) and being perhaps the most uncoordinated and clumsy person on the planet (seriously, I trip on air...and break things...all the time) I've pretty much given up on "finding balance."

Yeah, it's thick...way thicker than my other yoga mat, but I can't show you, right now. Why? Because, it's buried in the dining room closet, somewhere. I can tell you that this yoga mat, however, is also long enough to fit my 5' 9' tall frame, lying down, comfortably.
The other fun thing about these yoga mats is that they are available in a choice of colors to help you, "...define your inner self, bringing out the natural aura within you..." and, well, they sent me a pretty pink one.

FINAL VERDICT: I don't know about my aura, but I can tell you that this yoga mat is very gosh-darned cushy. Slippage was kept to a minimum during one of my yoga tapes. Funny thing, my youngest daughter's name is Hope and, well, she's WAY energetic, too.
