October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and, in honor of the brave battles being fought by way too many of my family and friends, I have the extreme privilege of partnering with Eggland's Best as one of their digital ambassadors in helping to spread awareness of their support of The Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Today, I'm going to show you (yes, YOU!) how to make one of my FAVORITE family recipes from my childhood called, "Racot Krumpli" (rah-coat-kroom-plea) or, "Layered Potatoes;" a traditional Hungarian meal using only 5 ingredients (YAY!) and, when served on a chilly night, feels like a bowful of warm hugs!!!
So, grab yourself a warm (or, cool) beverage and let's get started. Okay, ready?
As well as displaying Komen for the Cure’s running ribbon logo (along with a pink version of the “EB” stamp) on select egg varieties, Eggland’s Best will donate $50,000 to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure in its promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever.
Why?
Every 69 seconds, a woman dies of breast cancer....globally (that is just NOT right!!!)
Okay, but why really?
Say it with me...because, nice matters and cancer sucks wet poodle!
