I have a love/hate relationship with my hair. Okay, no NOT really. I don't know of a single woman (or, married for that matter) who would admit that she, you know, loves her hair...out loud, anyway.
<---- That's not me, btw, but she does have really nice hair, no?
I'm always on the look out for new hair styling products and, although I have yet to find that miracle cure for accute bed head, I was excited to learn that my favorite folks at Suave have a NEW Suave Professionals styling line of products coming out in February...including, dry shampoo?!?
I have baby fine and very oily hair first thing in the morning (yes, that's really me, sorry!) so, it was the dry shampoo I was most interested in trying!
Suave Professionals dry shampoo spray is made with mineral clay and supposedly refreshes hair to prevent a greasy feel between washes. A few quick sprays (smells, REAL good!) and, viola, I was ready to tackle yesterday's HUGE errand list.
GOOD STUFF: After a couple of stops for a quick joo-jing (or zooj-hing, zushing, zuzjing, whatever!) the non-greasy feeling lasted all day!
BAD STUFF: My hair felt a little too dry and would sticking in places,, it ought not by the end of the day. Then again, there's really no substitute for a freshly-washed head of hair and I can't blame the dry shampoo, really, stupid hair.
FINAL VERDICT: There are days when I don't have time for a shower...okay, every day, mostly...I remember using baby powder as a teenager and, well, using dry shampoo was suprisingly easy, a whole lot less messy-er and, although my hair was flatter than I'd like (was afraid to layer on hairspray) the non-greasy feeling lasted all day, too!
