With 6 people, living in a 7 room house, trust me when I tell you that privacy is not an issue...because, there isn't any...privacy, I mean.
So, once a week, my husband and I make it a point to go food shopping together and, well, it's our date night and we have a silent agreement NOT to put anything in the cart...that isn't already on he list...I mean.
Except, this one time, when we let our 10 year-old come along and, well, do you make a date with your kids, too?
