To be honest, with ALL the wet weather and Hurricane Irene wreaking havoc on our ceiling AND roof (UGH!) I'm sort of glad summer is over. We're hoping to be able to get started on repairs, you know, before the snow comes.

Yesterday, our 2 year-old water heater crapped out and, well, see tagline, in blog header, above (double-UGH!)
